Not only is today the 2 Year Anniversary of MAY THE LORD WATCH, the last album by my favorite Modern Duo LITTLE BROTHER, but now BLU, MIKEY FACTZ & NOTTZ drop this classic in the making on us. THE NARRATIVE is that Group Project we have been waiting for where neither of the Duo will let themselves be out done by the other. So many group projects are usually carried by one of the two spitters who ends up being the Groups Stand Out Member (e.g. Black Thought, Pharoahe Monch, Chip Fu, Q-Tip). Not in this group. As if this Power Combo weren’t enough, they tag in fellow Mic Masters KODA THE FRIEND & TANK BELL (FREEDOM), FASHAWN & OSWEN BENJAMIN (ONE), ELHAE & SY ARI DA KID (DARK SOULS), and fellow XXL FRESHMAN CLASS 2009 Alumni ASHTER ROTH, who not only joined MICKEY & BLU in Miami to shoot a video for the first album single REIGN, but also joined them recently on Miami’s DRINK CHAMPS with DJ EFN and N.O.R.E. and practically stole the show. This is an album that proves Real Emcees are still serious about making Real Hip Hop at Top Quality.
